General Information
The Midwestern State sports information office provides timely information for the local and national media as well as fans, alumni and boosters of the MSU athletics’ program.
The office covers and publicizes all 13Â varsity sports in addition to upholding and improving the overall image of Midwestern State Intercollegiate Athletics.
The SID office is also responsible for the content for the Midwestern State Official Athletic Web site, MSUMustangs.com, arranging all interviews with student-athletes and coaches, compiling and archiving statistics, writing game stories and producing publications for all sports.

Student-Athlete Questionnaire
The Midwestern State Sports Information office asks all incoming student-athletes to complete a Media Questionnaire for profile use on msumustangs.com and in media guides.
Pursuant to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, you are hereby notified the information on this questionnaire is designated directory information and may be made public. If you wish to request any or all of the provided information not be made public without your prior consent, you must inform the Sports Information Director, located in Ligon Coliseum, in writing within 10 days of the completion of this form. Any questions, concerns or comments about this form should be directed to the Sports Information Director.
If a discrepancy is found on a profile or if information has changed since your questionnaire was submitted, please notify the Sports Information office at trey.reed@mwsu.edu.
