WICHITA FALLS, Texas - Midwestern State continued on its ratings rollercoaster Tuesday as the Mustangs re-entered the NSCAA/HendrickCars.com National Rankings for a third time this season at No. 21.
The Mustangs dropped out of the poll last week due to a dispute over unpaid dues after receiving a No. 25 ranking in the Sep. 21 poll.
MSU worked its way to No. 20 earlier this season before suffering its only loss back on Sep. 12 to No. 10 St. Edward's to fall back out of the poll.
Since, the Mustangs have four-straight games to improve to 8-1 on the season.
Midwestern State is one of four teams from the South Central Region to receive mention in the poll including No. 2 Central Missouri and No. 10 St. Edward's while Abilene Christian is receiving votes.
The Mustangs continue a five-match home stand with Lone Star Conference contests against Eastern New Mexico Friday at 5 p.m. and West Texas A&M Sunday at 3.
